Onyx Beauty only accepts returns or refunds for items that were incorrect, incomplete, or defective due to an error on our part.
To be eligible:
• The request must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
• The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging within 7 days.
• A valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided.
Products that are damaged, used, opened, or missing packaging will not be accepted for return.
Sale Items
Products purchased on sale or promotional discount are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Our support team will evaluate your request and may request photos or videos as evidence.
3. If approved, you will be given return instructions.
4. Once the returned item is received and inspected:
o We will notify you of the return status.
